At best it was a difficult shoot that started out a little bit awkward for the simple fact Mike, Louises partner of 8 years had beginners nerves or for want of another word: stage fright. Mike wasn’t very assertive and seemed to lack confidence in his own abilities. My powers of deduction lead me to believe the decision to make this mov was not made with altruistic motives. If there was then there would have not been a problem. The magic ingredient that was missing was; exhibitionism. This is the driving force behind almost all good sex scenes captured on movie and lets face it, Mike is not an exhibitionist. That said though. He was getting the hang of it on the soft version and had I got to know him better we could have shot it the other way round. Soft then hard version last.

All things said and done though, it wasn’t a disaster. Far from it. After all I managed to capture all the elements to make a scene work. The getting it up, the getting it in and the load shot. Which was fairly spectacular but the way in which it was achieved may not be that dynamic but hey. The best news is, what could end up looking like an average shoot may well end up being a whole lot more as Louise and Mike have offered to shoot their own video in home made mode which should be a lot better than the effort we made today as well as being that bit more personal. We shall wait and view what they have in store for us.
